Best Buy in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store. You’ll learn to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet customer needs and help them find the right solutions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing demos, processing purchases and returns, keeping the floor stocked, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
