Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide customers through AT&T products and services and deliver an exceptional buying experience. The role includes ongoing training, a strong base pay with commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

You will help customers select solutions, stay energized in a fast-paced environment, and participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Optional)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)
