Job summary

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated part-time Retail Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers at our Fairfax, VA location. You will provide superior service at the point of sale, maintain a clean department, and participate in inventory and merchandising activities.

Qualities include a high school diploma, strong customer service focus, professional communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world‑class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods.
• Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public and may include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service at the point of sale/checkout to build repeat business.
• Maintain clean work area, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, assist merchandising.
• Participate in open and close procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and assisting with inventory.
