Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC. You will be the face of Best Buy for customers, helping them choose tech products and services and delivering personalized service in-store.

You’ll perform product demonstrations, assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and maintain a well-stocked sales floor. The role emphasizes welcoming customers, answering questions, and recommending solutions across departments, with ongoing training to build product knowledge and sales

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
