You will diagnose, treat, and create personalized care plans, mentor families through growth milestones, and participate in a technology-enabled, team-based care model that values work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Virginia.
• Current and unrestricted VA DEA license.
• Board-Certified in Pediatrics.
• 2–3 years of post-residency experience in a pediatric setting.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment.
• Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers.
• BLS/ACLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor growth, development, and preventive health, educating families on milestones and preventive care.
• Support families with education across infancy to adolescence and foster healthy development.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in line with best practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with support teams, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
