- Ensure accuracy in measurements and diagnosing ocular conditions.
- Explain eye health, eyewear, and prescription terminology to patients.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to patients.
- Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others to position Warby Parker as a leading vision service provider.
