Wolters Kluwer's Enablon North America is seeking a Tech Sales Support Manager (Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant/Operational Risk Management) to guide customers through discovery, tailor demos and win strategies in a remote North American setting. You will engage with operations, HSE, IT and executive stakeholders to translate real-world risks into credible ORM solutions.

Travel may be required for strategic engagements; strong domain credibility and SaaS presales experience are essential.

• Strong practical COW/ORM expertise in industrial contexts.
• Experience in high-hazard industries (Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Mining, Utilities, Manufacturing).
• Excellent discovery, facilitation and customer-facing communication; comfortable with frontline users and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Operations, HSE, Process Safety, Digital and IT stakeholders; translate operating problems into credible solution strategy.
• Own the technical/domain win across ORM opportunities: tailored demos, workshops, POCs, RFPs and executive conversations.
• Work across ePTW/COW, risk assessment, Isolation/LOTO, SIMOPS, Field Operations/mobile and related risk use cases.
• Partner with Sales on qualification and win strategy; coordinate with Product/BPT on field gaps; and with Services on handover.

About the Role

Enablon is looking for a Tech Sales Support Mgr. (Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant/Operational Risk Management) to join our North American Solution Engineering team. You will act as a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest industrial organisations, helping them modernise how high-risk work is planned, authorised, executed and controlled. This is a discovery-led, customer-facing role where domain credibility matters as much as product fluency.

Required Job Qualifications (3yrs minimum in role/title + 3rys Operational Risk Management Industry)

What you will bring

• Strong practical COW/ORM expertise gained in an owner-operator, industrial consultancy or enterprise software environment.
• Experience in a high-hazard industry such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemicals, Mining, Utilities or Manufacturing.
• Excellent discovery, facilitation and customer-facing communication skills; comfortable with frontline users and executive stakeholders.
• Enterprise software / SaaS Presales experience or an equivalent practitioner/consulting background with strong commercial capability.
• Working knowledge of integrations, mobile/field technology and enterprise IT context; willingness to travel for strategic customer engagements.

Compensation:

Compensation: $89,600.00 - $157,000.00 USD

This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
