Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking full-time Retail Sales Consultants to connect guests with technology and deliver world-class service.

In this role you will drive monthly sales, learn from peers and leaders, and create memorable in-store experiences. Training is provided, plus benefits including health insurance, 401K, and employee discounts. You’ll be the face of Victra, helping guests find what matters most.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
