Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will connect guests to what matters most by executing our sales process and sharing product knowledge.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a vibrant retail environment. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and the December peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
