Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate in the Tech, Cyber, Data, and Resiliency (TCDR) team. The role focuses on identifying, measuring, and mitigating complex TCDR risks while partnering with Tech, Business, and Second Line teams.

The position drives risk metrics, prepares executive reports, and supports remediation efforts to strengthen the control environment. You will serve as a dedicated risk partner to engineering teams, drive compliance pathways, and contribute to ongoing RCSA

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Cyber & Tech Risk Analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Control Testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to Tech Risk Partner for assigned engineering and technology teams, providing support and resources.
• Draft audit responses and reduce regulatory exposure and control failures.
• Ensure governance questions and compliance checks are addressed in new service intake processes.
