Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking Sales Consultants in the United States, offering uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement. The role focuses on delivering world‑class service, sharing product knowledge, and connecting guests to what matters most.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, achieving sales goals while providing exceptional customer service, with paid training and a ramp‑up period during the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
