Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and drive sales in our store. You’ll execute Victra’s sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra.

You will achieve monthly goals, work with store leaders, and create memorable guest experiences while providing product recommendations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
