Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a part-time, on-site Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate for our Miami location. You will assist customers with computer/electronics purchases, maintain product knowledge, and support merchandising tasks including freight processing and markdowns.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; passion for technology and prior commissioned sales

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with one year related experience in a customer service or related role strongly preferred
• Passion for technology including computers/electronics & commissioned sales experience is a definite plus
• Sincere interest in helping customers select products that meet their needs
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time
• Shifts include hours before and after the store is open to the public and may also include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills combined with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
