As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll drive sales, collaborate with peers and leaders, and deliver exceptional service, product recommendations, and merchandising support, while building personal connections with guests

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
