2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Background check, MVR, and drug screening required by state laws.
• Willing to travel up to 90 miles from residence.
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule; hours not guaranteed.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment.
• Update operating systems and software on display devices.
• Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues.
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client professionally.
• Respond quickly to field services management communications (within 24 hours).
