Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to create an outstanding in-store experience. You will use your tech passion and customer service skills to connect guests with what matters most and help them find the right solutions.

You will work with peers and leaders to achieve sales goals, participate in NHU training, and support merchandising and daily operations while enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in customer service, preferably retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Act as a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests.
