Job summary

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in Laredo, TX. You will demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding stores, engage customers, and tailor demonstrations to meet their needs. You will build rapport with store management and staff while promoting HP solutions.

The role offers up to 15 hours per week on-site, with a weekly performance bonus and opportunities for training and reimbursement support. A customer-focused, tech-savvy approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence in purchases.
• Document and report sales activity.
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
