Visa in the United States is offering a 12-week Technical Product/Project Management Internship within the Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) organization. You'll work with product managers, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate projects, gather requirements, analyze data, track deliverables, and support planning.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to product management, project management, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IS, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Graduating December 2027 - August 2028.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology products, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting user needs, and helping translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Support product and project lifecycle activities, including planning, prioritization, execution, testing, and delivery.
• Help track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to support successful project outcomes.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to collect feedback, document processes, and support solution development.
• Analyze project metrics, operational data, and user insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help create project plans, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive communications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support technology implementation and operational initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
