Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a technology or business field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital product management, and delivering client value.
• Curiosity about APIs, cloud, data platforms, AI, machine learning and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in understanding user needs, researching problems, and identifying opportunities.
• Participate in product discovery activities, including user research and hypothesis framing.
• Help translate business and user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and artifacts.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and partners to support delivery.
• Gain hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices and ceremonies.
• Develop technical fluency in APIs, cloud platforms, data flows, and modern delivery practices.
• Explore AI, ML, and automation to create value with responsible implementation.
• Use data and dashboards to inform product recommendations and decisions.
• Build relationships with program managers, alumni, and mentors across Vanguard.
