Job summary

The George Washington University Hospital (GW Hospital) is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I to perform clinical laboratory analyses and support educational activities for students and staff. The role requires handling highly complex testing and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards to support high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold MLS/MT(ASCP) or are eligible to obtain certification, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science.

  • Execute tasks required to maintain accreditation with Joint Commission, CAP, DCRA, AABB, and FDA as applicable to each section.
