Job summary

Ampcus, Inc is seeking a Technology Lead to guide the design, development, deployment and support of scalable mobile and web applications. You will lead technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations and set coding standards.

The role requires expertise in React Native, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern cloud-native development, with hands-on contribution to architecture and runtime decisions. 100% on-site presence in Irving, TX for the project duration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Masters education required.
Minimum 8 years of experience.
In-person interview required.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and development of React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js.
Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through automated testing and CICD processes.
Drive technical decisions, performance optimization, and application security.
Design and ownership of high scale backend and platform systems in distributed environments.
Architecture and implementation of microservices, event-driven, and serverless systems in production systems.
Hands-on system development using Node.js, JavaScript, Java with direct responsibility for code quality and runtime behavior.
