The ideal candidate will have experience managing Agile teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in software development across various platforms, including Linux and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in a Linux environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, C++).
• Experience with Cloud data storage and processing platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Strong communication skills, ability to troubleshoot and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software development team in an Agile framework.
• Develop and implement efficient bioinformatics algorithms.
• Provide work estimates for development tasks.
• Ensure on-schedule software solutions delivery.
• Direct and coordinate the development team actions.
