TechDigital Group is seeking a Technical Lead in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions focusing on Automation and ETL orchestration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the healthcare domain, strong communication skills, and a solid BI/ETL background.

Your role also includes owning technical decisions related to database architecture and leading development teams. An expertise in tools like Matillion and Snowflake is essential.

Mandatory Skills Matillion DW ELT/ETL, Snowflake, DataStage

• Lead the design, development, and solutions with a strong focus on Automation, ETL orchestration (mattilion), database design (Snowflake), and data transformations.
• Own technical decisions related to database architecture, schema design, and data modeling
• Review and guide development of complex SQL, transformations, and performance-optimized data pipelines.
• Proven experience in Agile projects
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead both client and development teams
• Strong BI/ETL background (Matillion, Snowflake, DataStage)
• Mandatory Healthcare domain experience (Member, enrollment, eligibility, EMR, E H R space)
• Experience managing development teams
• Knowledge of APIs, Apigee, and SFDC
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for data-related issues.
