Job summary

Google is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in Mountain View to lead multiple teams across key product areas, aligning technical strategy with business goals. You will guide engineers, manage project goals, and contribute to product strategy while developing your team.

You will oversee cross-functional work spanning information retrieval, AI, large-scale systems, and advertising technology, with a focus on end-to-end solutions and user experience.

• Focus on delivering end-to-end solutions of innovative ad formats as well as rendering and user experience.
