This role combines leadership with hands-on contributions to drive impactful projects in AI tools for emergency management. You'll work closely with customers and participate in hiring, with opportunities to grow into a full Engineering Manager position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in leading teams or projects.
• Ability to write and review code effectively.
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions.
