Job summary

Leidos LLC seeks an Engineering Technical Lead to steer a development program focused on Entitlement Programs, IdAM/ICAM, and digital policy management. You will guide a diverse team including database, systems, software, and cyber security engineers to deliver REST services and UIs, while integrating new security policies enterprise-wide.

You will translate user requirements into sprint backlogs, lead agile processes, and support off-hours call-in; driving collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Master’s degree with 16+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex enterprise programs and managing multiple product backlogs.
• Experience with security accreditation processes and cloud deployments.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering agile software/hardware integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers delivering UI and REST services for digital policy management.

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Technical Lead for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Engineering Tech Lead supports existing systems and provides the guidance to build new technologies You will have the opportunity to develop new policies and integrate them into an enterprise service. You will participate in deployment/administration of tools and integration testing. You will lead a team of database developers, systems engineers, software developers, cyber security engineers, test engineers, who develop custom user interfaces and rest services to management digital policies, assist in installation, deployment, and maintenance of products.

Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Typically requires Master’s degree and 16 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree. Supporting call-in on off hours; identifying personnel needs when issues arise during off hours Managing multiple product backlogs Leadership and project management experience Must have experience with security accreditation process Must have experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services Must have experience in Systems Engineer providing requirements and system interface analysis for enterprise scale development project Experience developing and maintaining interface control documents between components in an enterprise operational system Strong communication and organization skills in order to provide support to development team and stakeholders on intent of the requirements and user stories Translating user requirements into agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria that is achievable within each sprint Experience with agile project management methodologies, including managing product backlogs Hands on Experience with the customers A&A process to achieve system approval
