Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented Tech LI – BGA – Component Repair Division member in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on electronics repair tasks, data tracking in Excel, and following written instructions with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will read schematics, use a multi‑meter and oscilloscope, and collaborate with a team to meet daily targets while maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Prefer college degree in related electronics field.
• Experience with computer repair or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Daily responsibilities (90%): Other duties as assigned.

Daily Responsibilities (90%)

• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Efficiencies (5%)

• Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two‑way communications at all levels.


• Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.

Team Building/Leadership (5%)

• Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.


• Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well‑being of all associates.

Qualifications: Education or Experience or Demonstrated Skill Set

• High school graduate or equivalent. Prefer college degree in related electronics field.


• Prefer over 6 Months experience in computer repair or related field.


• Must have Excel knowledge and experience to read instructions and track data.


• Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
