• Understanding of various technology devices, including installation, set up and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site user support for customers with technology devices and systems.
• Select from available jobs such as TV mounting, computer/printer/networking support, home theater installation, smart home installation, and in-wall cable running.
• Install, set up and troubleshoot devices and systems.
• Maintain a helpful, professional demeanor and communicate clearly with customers.
