Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field OR PMP certification.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Construction/Project Management/Engineering/Business/Computer Science or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure, operational, and technology projects.
• Coordinate efforts between Technology, Operations, and Campus Police for safety-related projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across departments and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure work meets project requirements.
