Job summary

Integra Mission Critical is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Georgia to support shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safe handling of products. You will work under the Warehouse Supervisor to meet production quality and delivery goals with strong teamwork and communication.

The role requires forklift experience and the ability to load/unload Trucks, perform clerical tasks, and participate in cycle counts and inventory maintenance. A safety‑minded, cost‑aware attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification required.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of incoming products, manually or with forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Check for damaged goods and verify quantity and quality.
• Verify items against purchase orders and wrap/ship supplies.
• Deliver and retrieve supplies to/from work or storage areas.
• Tag, issue, stock shelves and rotate inventory.
• Safely load/unload trucks and transport products efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in clerical tasks.
• Assist with cycle counts and other warehouse projects.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will be accountable for the teams ability to meet production quality and delivery goals by placing high standards on effective teamwork clear communication initiative intelligent judgment achieving and maintaining production efficiency and most importantly dedication to the quality of the product produced while ensuring the department is working in a safe and cost effective manner The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for shipping and receiving of incoming products to the warehouse Distribution organization and safe handling of products Individual will also participate in inventory and clerical work when needed Employee will assist Warehouse Supervisor in tasks as needed

What you will do

• Shipping and receiving Candidate should be able to receive and unload freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• checks for damaged goods
• verifies quantity and quality of order
• verifies items received with purchase order
• wraps packages and ships supplies
• delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work or storage areas
• tags and issues supplies
• stocks shelves and rotates inventory
• Safely loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
• Efficiently transporting products
• Inventory maintenance and clerical
• Ideal candidates will participate in physical inventories of warehouse andor supply yard cycle counts and additional warehouse projects operates a personal computer to access enter and correct information when needed inspection of external packaging items recording damaged goods through an internal quality inspection labelling and sorting products may coordinate disposal of surplus property and manage records retention other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Forklift Experience minimum 1 year required
• Shipping and receiving 1 year preferred

Physical Requirements

• Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
• The associate must regularly lift and or move up to 12kg frequently lift andor move up to 23kg
• While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to stand walk sit for up to extended periods of time
