Northern Trust is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Technology Finance group in a hybrid Chicago, IL role. The analyst will partner with Technology and Finance leaders to provide financial insights, forecasts, budgets, and reports.

You will maintain Power BI dashboards and support investment analyses and productivity initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in FP&A or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Data Analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong ability to analyze financial performance and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
• Lead and support Business Unit Financial Reporting & Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Modeling, and Special Projects.
• Analyze spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for management.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, including business cases, investment analyses, and productivity opportunities.
• Support the Global Technology Services Power BI environment and develop new dashboards and self-service analytics.
