Job summary

Cellular World in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Consultant for Stevens Ranch to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting monthly sales goals.

You will handle wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection, and seamlessly present entertainment options like DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet to complete the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must pass background check.
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Availability on weekends, early evenings and holidays.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services to meet monthly sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Explain entertainment options (DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, Internet) as part of integrated solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Attend off-site promotional events as required.
