Job summary

Inspire Brands, a leading multi-brand restaurant company, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to drive technology analytics and budgeting across the organization. The role partners with Technology leaders to deliver data-driven insights for decisions on software spend and contract labor, ensuring timely, accurate forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
• 2–3+ years of Planning & Analysis experience.
• Multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: support first-pass G&A and Direct-to-Fund budgets focusing on software spend and labor management.
• Monthly analyses: assist in variance analysis for G&A and Direct-to-Fund costs with explanations for variances.
• Forecasting: collaborate to collect and analyze spend data for forecasts and trends.
• Ad hoc analyses: provide insights to drive spend optimization and costs.
• Process improvement: propose improvements to planning/reporting processes.
• Diligence: ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
• Customer service: partner with stakeholders to support staffing decisions.
