Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Direct experience covering the technology/software sector.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, and technology business models.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with M&A and transaction execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across technology and enterprise software.
• Build and analyze financial models, valuations, and investment cases.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.
• Lead and support financial and commercial due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
• Work with management teams, advisors, and transaction partners.
• Support portfolio company analysis and strategic initiatives.
