Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead field operations across our mechanical projects. You will supervise scope, manage materials and manpower, and collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of mechanical codes and safety standards, and proficiency with digital tools to streamline field execution. A clear career path and opportunities for advanced training are offered.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders with a tech mindset.
• Field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with material and manpower, coordinating with the project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on all work.
• Use company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members on the designated scope.
