Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• New Hire University training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through excellent customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Assist with merchandising and store operations.
