Job summary

A leading golf management company in Seattle is seeking a Teaching Professional to enhance player development at Jackson Park Golf Course. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of golf instruction, exceptional customer service skills, and at least 3 years of experience in the golf industry. Responsibilities include teaching fundamentals, marketing programs, and maintaining the driving range. This position offers a competitive compensation package and requires flexible availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the golf industry preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Teaches fundamentals of the golf swing.
• Implements marketing ideas to enhance golf instruction.
• Coordinates and teaches clinics daily.

Skills

Member or Registered Associate of LPGA and/or PGA

Customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Ability to engage and motivate clients

Education

BA/BS degree (preferred)
