Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a senior technical executive to lead the Trust Decision (Adjudications) program. You will guide enterprise risk, policy interpretation, and the modernization of adjudicative processes using data analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership in risk, compliance, or trust governance.
• Experience directing high-volume, high-consequence decision pipelines with data-driven quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on adjudicative matters, policy interpretation, and emerging risks.
• Develop enterprise trust-determination strategies and governance mechanisms.
• Oversee adjudication operations with quality management frameworks and internal controls.
• Represent the Agency in high-level engagements with DHS/IC and external partners.
• Drive modernization through data analytics, workflow automation, and case-management systems.
