Job summary

AMG Companies in New York seeks a Tech Design Assistant to support the Design Operations team, ensuring tech packs and development data are accurate for vendor sharing via PLM systems.

You will collaborate with Design, Global Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, and QA to support development-to-bulk production workflows across brands and retailers, requiring attention to detail and the ability to learn established processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Design, Tech Design, or Product Development.
• Experience with Yunique and Centric PLM is a plus.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn processes and workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AirTable charts and operational tools with real-time updates.
• Track and maintain spec data within PLM systems.
• Support Tech Pack updates for vendor sharing.
• Ensure PLM inputs and development details are accurate.
• Input measurements and callouts in PLM.
• Communicate updates with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Organize development assets following team standards.
• Support transition from Yunique PLM to Centric PLM.
