Experis is seeking an experienced SAP S2P Solution Designer to design, configure, and optimize SAP P2P across MM, IM, PP, and APO. The role requires 5–7+ years of SAP Source-to-Pay experience and hands-on configuration, with a focus on end-to-end business processes. The position is onsite in Lisle, IL, with a Monday–Thursday work arrangement.

Bachelor’s degree required; Automotive exposure is a plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes, blueprint, and drive SAP

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP procurement processes, subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders (STO), and MM/PP master data. This individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing SAP solutions to support end‑to‑end business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP P2P functional expertise and hands‑on configuration across SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, and OpenText.
• Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end Source-to-Pay business processes.
• Manage SAP MM/PP master data, including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Production Versions, and Production Resources and Tools (PRT).
• Configure and support subcontracting and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes.
• Support Logistics Invoice Verification, SAP MM P2P, and FI Accounts Payable.
• Perform business process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, and process reengineering.
• Support integration between SAP MM, FI/CO, SD, PP, PS, and Warehouse Management.
• Develop functional specifications for ABAP RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Support SQL extracts, business queries, system testing, UAT, and documentation.
• Participate in full SAP implementation lifecycle activities, including configuration, integration, go‑live, and post‑production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross‑functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of SAP Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay experience.
• Strong hands‑on SAP P2P functional configuration experience.
• Strong SAP MM and PP master data knowledge.
• Experience with SAP APO, subcontracting, and STO processes.
• Knowledge of integration with Finance, Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse Management.
• Experience in business process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations and production environments.

• Preferred Qualifications
  Automotive industry experience.
  Experience with legacy system migration to SAP S/4HANA.
  Exposure to SAP Ariba and OpenText.
  Knowledge of ABAP functional specifications and RICEF objects.
