Susquehanna is seeking motivated co-op students to contribute to day-to-day technology projects within our trading platforms. This program provides hands-on experience across the tech stack, with mentorship from experts in quantitative trading.

Selected students will work on real-world tasks using C++, C#, Python, .Net, Java, and database technologies, collaborate with engineers and traders, and gain exposure to our fast-paced financial environment—while enjoying housing and a strong

Competenze

• Strong GPA requirement
• Must have completed at least 1 co-op
• Strong communication skills; ability to interact across the org
• Self-starter, quick learner, resourceful
• Ability to work in a team but also autonomously
• Attention to detail; handle multiple tasks in fast-paced env
• Knowledge of tech domains including C++, C#, Python, .Net, Java, SQL and networking
