Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and alarm or camera systems as assigned; report access concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when directed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
