Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team in Bloomington, IN. You will work independently, review, schedule and complete assignments at retail venues within 90 miles, using mobile apps to document progress and ensure top-quality execution.

The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to meet deadlines Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Experience in retail merchandising is beneficial.
• Ability to use mobile devices to manage assignments and document work.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, and displays.
• Follow planograms and client directives with accuracy.
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and represent the client professionally.
