Job summary

State Street seeks a highly skilled Corporate Audit Assistance Vice President to join its technology audit team. You will lead technology infrastructure, security, and horizontal audits, collaborating with a global team and reporting to the VP of Technology Audit.

You will plan, assess, test and report audit work, maintain knowledge of technology risks and regulatory changes, build relationships with stakeholders, and communicate findings to senior management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of auditing information technologies, security or cyber risk management.
• Audit or assurance experience in banking/financial services or other regulated industries.
• Expertise in evaluating technology risks and developing audit testing strategies with regulatory compliance understanding.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk management including latest trends and tools.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, middleware, operating systems, SDLC, cloud, and audit coverage strategies.
• Certs such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIA are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, assessment, testing and reporting phases of technology audits and technology risk-focused validation activities.
• Work as part of an international team, collaborating with global peers for resiliency, data, cyber, and third-party risk management and business audits.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of technology risks and changes in the regulatory environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global Technology Services.
• Communicate audit progress, findings and recommendations effectively to senior management.
• Prepare and review audit work papers to ensure compliance with the division’s audit methodology.
