Morgan Stanley invites rising masters students to join a 10-week Internal Audit: Technology Track summer internship in Baltimore. The program provides hands-on exposure across Internal Audit functions, training on audit methodology, and mentorship from senior leaders.

Participants may be considered for the Full-Time Analyst program after graduation, with opportunities to apply analytics, AI, and cloud expertise to real-world risk projects and cross-divisional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursues a master's degree in a tech field; or related.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Available Dec 2027–Jun 2028 with <1 year full-time experience.
• Knowledge of information security and technology.
• IIA/ISACA affiliation preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Collaborates well in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Seeks guidance and feedback for development.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of business and technology principles and auditing standards.
• Learn audit tools and testing techniques.
• Execute audits, continuous monitoring, and closure verification with guidance.
• Produce quality work per priorities and deliverables.
• Perform test steps, gather evidence, document results, and escalate issues.
• Contribute to risk messaging within coverage area.
• Collaborate with team members across the function.
