Job summary

TD in New York, NY is seeking an Audit Manager I to execute audits for assigned functions and lead moderately complex engagements. You will coach colleagues, oversee end-to-end audits, and drive risk assessments with strong discretion and independence.

The role requires an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with preferred certifications in CISA or CISSP and experience in technology auditing. This is a full-time position in Audit.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• CISA or CISSP certification preferable.
• Some experience in technology auditing over key processes such as data interfaces, change management, or access controls.

Responsibilities

• Conducts audit work based on established audit plans and standards ensuring completion.
• Executes testing of controls, including walkthroughs, test scripts, and issue management.
• May develop Audit Planning Memorandum, Process Risk and Control Matrix, and Findings Grid.
• Presents objective findings and audit opinions to management and stakeholders.
• Manages follow-up of findings from regulatory and internal audits.
