Job summary

Lenovo Capital & Incubator Group (LCIG) seeks a highly motivated intern to support venture investing activities. You will work with experienced investors on market research, due diligence, and fund operations, with exposure across geographies and technology sectors.

The internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, operation, and finance, including deal analysis and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Computer Science preferred) or MBA.
• Analytical & cognitive skills: strong analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Communication: excellent communication skills, eager to network and articulate ideas clearly.
• Technology & AI Proficiency: solid understanding of AI tech and daily use of AI tools.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): prior startup/VC/consulting exposure; software/data/financial modeling is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen early- and growth-stage companies; build a network of founders, co-investors, and contacts.
• Due Diligence & Investment Analysis: Support due diligence; build financial models and memos, analyses, and investment materials.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance and milestones; prepare updates and support collaboration with Lenovo's business groups.
• Market & Industry Research: Conduct ongoing research on tech trends, competition, and market dynamics for decision-making.
• Operational Support: Assist senior team in daily tasks and deal flow.
