Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions invites applications for its 12‑month Risk Solutions Technology Graduate Program. The role includes two six‑month rotations in big data, AI, SRE, DevOps, and security engineering with exposure to AWS and Azure.

You will receive mentorship, performance feedback, and extensive training while contributing to innovative product development for insurance, healthcare, and government markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Graduation date between May 2026 and December 2026.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall SDLC.
• Knowledge of data manipulation languages and data modeling principles.
• Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Experience with test‑driven development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and review portions of detailed specifications for developing system components of simple complexity.
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews under senior engineers' guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across environments to complete software projects.
• Perform simple bug fixes and apply test‑driven development.
• Gather and analyze requirements for software development projects with stakeholders.
• Resolve basic technical issues and stay updated on new technologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software development methodologies and data modeling principles.
• Understand applicable development languages and data manipulation concepts.

Requirements

• Have completed or will complete a bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field of study.

• Be proficient in development languages such as Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Linux, and .Net.
• Be familiar with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Be knowledgeable about data manipulation languages and data modeling principles.
• Have the ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies.
• Be knowledgeable about test‑driven development.

We are delighted to offer country specific benefits. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600.
