As a Sales Teammate, you will provide knowledge and personalized service, assist with product selection, maintain strong merchandising and presentation standards, and build meaningful connections with every athlete. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
