Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Sales Teammate to help athletes find the right products and provide personalized service on the sales floor. You will build connections with athletes, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering a confident, proud shopping experience.

In this role, you’ll leverage product knowledge to explain features, assist with selections, and promote programs such as loyalty memberships and protection plans.

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.

Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
